1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on LoveCannabisSeeds.com with Love Cannabis (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. You confirm that you may lawfully order, import and possess our products where you live. See our Age & Legal Notice.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description is clearly wrong, payment cannot be completed, or we cannot lawfully deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are fixed for each market and shown with the currency before you pay. We do not convert prices with live exchange rates. Your card issuer may charge its own fees. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. See our Privacy Policy for how card details are handled.

6. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Rates, delivery areas and estimates are on Shipping & Delivery. Delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee customs clearance.

7. Delivery problems

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if a parcel has not arrived, or within 14 days of delivery if items are damaged or incorrect. A parcel confirmed lost in transit is eligible for one free resend for that shipment. Customs holds, interception or seizure, and addresses supplied incorrectly or incompletely, are not covered. 8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. We do not offer a blanket germination guarantee. Details: Returns & Refunds.

9. Product information

Product information describes each cultivar as reported and is not a guarantee of results. Product images are representative artwork.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods.

11. Applicable law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
