How Love Cannabis handles cancellations, returns and refunds.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights, including your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods.
Late, lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries are covered on Shipping & Delivery.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to use this right and we will explain how to return the items.
Germination
We do not offer a blanket germination guarantee. Germination depends on storage, method and conditions outside our control. If you have a problem with your seeds, contact us and we will review it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. The time for the money to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
